2025: Another Challenging Year

Singing and solidarity have helped us to hang on to hope in these difficult times.

Throughout the year we have been singing at and supporting vigils and demonstrations for Gaza and Palestine nationally and locally.

We have also sung for peace at World Peace Day in Chesterfield, and to help raise funds for the Nottingham Refugee Forum and Cuba Solidarity here in Nottingham.

In June we were in Bradford for the 41st National Street Choirs Festival, where we joined the mass sing with socialist and community choirs from around the country, busked around the streets of central Bradford, and flash mobbed the main concert with other choirs from the Campaign Choirs network.

We also debuted our first foray into the world of the musical - with our reinterpretation of the the Sound of Music as a parody and reflection on our troubled times.
